Good carbs vs Bad carbs
There are simple carbohydrates (the bad stuff) and complex carbohydrates (the good stuff)
Simple carbohydrates are things like fructose and glucose which are found in white flour/starch (white bread, rice, sugar) and are “empty calories”. One thing to stay away from is high fructose corn syrup found in sodas and processed foods.
Complex carbohydrates are whole grains (oats, rye, quinoa, whole wheat bread and rice) beans, legumes, pasta, potatoes, fruits and vegetables.

To be healthy you should:
Eat clean
Exercise
Do yoga
Go for walks
Drink lots of water
Get fresh air
Get plenty of sleep
Try not to stress
Moisturize your face and skin
Smile often
